LENGTH OF PLAY

When players are waiting, play is limited to one hour.

PRIORITY OF PLAY

At all times, when courts are fully used, the following priority rankings are in effect:

2. Full Member Singles
3. Family Doubles (Must include two adults.)
4. Associate Doubles

6. Junior Doubles
7. Junior Singles

Tournament, match or league play, previously announced and posted, have priority over all other play.

Junior and Women’s Clinics have priority on weekdays. Clinic times will be posted.

Junior and Associate members have priority equal to that of full members from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

When courts are fully in use, doubles have priority over singles. However, those playing singles, who have not used their hour, must be invited to play doubles before four others can take their place.

The Chairperson of any club-sanctioned tennis event shall reserve three (3) tennis courts for general membership play. No tournament shall commence until 10:00 a.m. In the case of tournaments having a large draw which requires all of the courts, such information will be posted for the membership.

Members may use the ball machine, which will be set up on Court 13, by reserving it in the Pro Shop, or if it is not in use. When all courts are in use, doubles and singles play has priority over use of the ball machine, even if the machine was previously reserved.
